By using Ignyte ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Upload content that infringes IP, is defamatory, hateful, or illegal.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Send spam, harass other users, or misrepresent your identity.
- Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of what you create. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
5. AI features
AI outputs may be inaccurate. They are not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
6. Beta features
The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignyte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or USD 100 if you paid nothing).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Ignyte against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki.
