Terms of Service

By using Ignyte ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Upload content that infringes IP, is defamatory, hateful, or illegal.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Send spam, harass other users, or misrepresent your identity.
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of what you create. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

5. AI features

AI outputs may be inaccurate. They are not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

6. Beta features

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

7. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

  • Cancel anytime. Monthly and yearly subscriptions (Pro, Team) can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal in your Profile. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts.
  • Access after cancellation. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
  • Refunds. 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscription purchases — email hello@ignytes.today. After 14 days, charges for the current period are non-refundable, but you keep access until the period ends.
  • Lifetime plan. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. There is nothing to cancel. The 14-day refund window also applies.
  • Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
  • Plan changes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect on your next billing date.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we retry for a short grace period before suspending paid features. Your data is not deleted.
  • Price changes. We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.
  • Taxes. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignyte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or USD 100 if you paid nothing).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ignyte against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki.
